If you’ve ever dreamed of a destination wedding (or special birthday or anniversary) in Italy, well… we have found your venue. Imma set the scene for you. Picture yourself, in the hills of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi (about 9 km from Sorrento). You are at Fattoria Terranova, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and citrus trees, and the bay of Naples and Salerno fan out below you. One of the coolest parts of this event space? They boast a KM 0 restaurant, which they’re actually pretty famous for, and which has been featured in Lonely Planet, Slow Food, and Gambero Rosso to name a few publications. What we love is that it’s a one-stop-shop for nuptials, with menus that accompany the season, accommodation, and recommendations on photographers and everything in between. Feels easy in a barefoot and cotton dress kinda way.

Can’t have a wedding without a proposal, amiright? And we’ve got the perfect place for that too. Ristorante La Sponda in Positano is such a great destination — it’s entirely lit by 450 candles, not to mention a to-die-for terrace. (You simply cannot beat that view.) The chefs are all about transforming classic dishes into contemporary masterpieces. Call ahead and let them know you’re popping the question — they’ll arrange for a mandolin player to serenade you. We’ve arranged magical nights at the sister “bar” for our clients — truly a magical space no matter what you’re celebrating.
WHAT WE’RE LOVING RIGHT NOW
Wandering the aisles of a bookshop is one of life’s great pleasures, and Acqua Alta Library in Venice is one of the most enchanting to get lost in. You’ll find books in more interesting places than just on shelves here — they’ve got them stacked in bath tubs and gondolas too, even under the sleeping cats that have made this haunt their home. Even cooler? Fall in love with a piece of used furniture here, and they’ll probably let you buy it too.
